Honda Dio scooters (vertical) are not rev monsters like those of the Yamaha Jog which has a bigger bore & a shorter stroke (40mm x 39.2mm) than the Dio (39mm x 41.4mm) so 105kmh possible on road set-up(Dio), i also tuned my rider's Jog and it went a respectable 115kmh with porting, Multivar, Malossi torque drive, 14 x 34 gear up kit, racing CDI, Polini reedblock, 4N race pipe & 21mm Dellorto carbs.
